We flew over San Pablo Bay at 2,500 feet about 1,500 feet over the fog layer. 

The Richmond-San Rafael Bridge was partially obscured, while the cloud cover got heavier closer to the Golden Gate. Sutro Tower is visible rising above the fog in the background.

Here is the coastal fog rolling in over Sausalito. San Francisco was still completely fogged in at about 11am.
